Hi all new to the site and first post so here goes.
I have a Marley concrete manhole cover which collapsed in as i drove over it, i contacted Scottish Water and they sent a man out to "look into it". Well turns out they are not responsible and it's me. However it is only 13 years old and the water guy says they shouldn't be fitted to a driveway as they are not suitable. Anybody any ideas or advice would be much appreiciated. Thank you
