new to this site, and hope that someone can help me. I recently bought a piece of furniture ( a cabinet kitchen bin) from a mail order company. I built it, decided that the colour wasn't quite right, so I painted it to the colour I wanted. I put it in my newly refurbished kitchen and my partner doesn't like it. I also noticed that the dimensions as advertised are not the same (the item is smaller). Am i entitled to get my money back?? it's not as advertised, and I have also complained that the colour is not right... Help??
