Hi - some advice please..
I have put a deposit of £50 down on a bicycle today paid from my credit card. The guy at the shop stated it was a 2008 bike and was already heavily discounted so would not give me any more off the £310 price.
I have since got home and done some research on internet to findout the bike is actually the 2007 model!! Would i be in a position to ask for the deposit back due to him misleading me?
