Can anyone assist with a problem I am having.
My dad bought a new mobility power wheelchair from a mobility shop for £1,000. 3 weeks later my dad passed away.
I asked the shop if they would accept the chair back as it was under 30 days old, I was told it was sold as seen and would not take it back, I appreciate the fact it wasnt their fault my dad died, and had he still lived he would more than likely be using it now.
There is NO signs in the shop stating sold as seen, or there are no signs saying No Returns.
They are having none of it and are adamant they will not have it back.
Do I have any rights in this case, or will I have to accept what they say?

I am sorry to hear about your Dad, but the shop is not obliged in anyway to give you your money back - this is not a statutory rights. Some shops do let you do this e.g. M&S, but this is in addition to your rights. You could try selling it back to them or someone else.
