I am very new to this and do not even know if I am posting in the right place! I wanted some adivce, I bought a set of sunbed minutes at a well known shop. I have only used 6 of these 60 minutes, I requested the company refund my set of minutes and I would pay separatly for the 6 minutes. They are refusing to do this. Do I have any rights??!!

Why do you want a refund? you have made a contract (you offered to buy 60mins and they agreed thus a contact was formed). Unless they are somehow in breach of contract then you will not have any right to a refund.

Hi Ali,

Lindsay is correct you have entered a legally binding contract and there would need to be a good reason for getting out of it.
