I have placed an order for a car with a dealer for a second hand honda that is at another dealer. Looking on the web he has added £1000 to the price that the dealer is currently advertising it for. Can I cancel and get my deposit back if he refuses to reduce the price. I have not seen the car in the flesh only pictures from the honda used car network website. Does that change my consumer rights?
