I have had Skype for a while and have a credit which Skype has told me will be forfeit in a couple of days time if I do bot use the system.
Of cause I have used the system but Skype 's computer will not log my recent calls.I have emailed them but the response is of a simular nature with each reply.
Words like "unfortunatly" or "Sorry to hear this" but at the end of the day I have had ZERO help from Skype.
I have found the UK head office and have outlined the problem in a letter, that wasafter the second negative response.
is there anything else I can do to save my deposited call money??
I think I will be wasting my time by emailing a faceless person/computer.
