The IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) program should enable people requiring counselling to have more access to therapy.
It will be interesting to see if there is a measurable difference in the UK behaviour as a result - road rage, drunkeness, fighting, etc, - or will it only be a band aid approach used by the few who are identified as needing it by a court.
I suppose any improvement will be welcome.

Talking about mental health, study found that as levels of vitamin D went down, levels of cognitive impairment ( people's attention, orientation in time and space and memory) went up, balance diet is also very important , especially for people aged 60 or over as older people's skin is less able to absorb vitamin D from sunlight , so maybe vitamin D supplyment also needed.
