my son was married 14months ago he paid photographer upfront 750.00 as requested, still to date has no photos, they have made dozens of phonecalls all with empty promises. he refuses to return calls, my daughter in law says he has ruined their day and she now wants compensated as well.he is plastered all over the internet,as a reliable friendly and efficent company who has recently opend a couple of shops. i could vomit this is not a joke it is a nightmare. any advice now please.

That's terrible and has gone on far too long. Have you contracted Consumer Direct? Compensation is difficult unless you are asking for direct expenses e.g. all the phone calls, getting copies made of guest photos, getting them professionally edited and put in an album, plus your money back.
I would go to every one of those blogs and forums and leave your honest feedback.
