I bought a belt from a shop, but the first time I tried to wear it, the buckle broke.
I went back to the shop and they offered to swap it for another one.However I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one.I dont really want another of the same kind of belt though, as it doesnt seem very good quality.
Am I entitled to a refund or do I have to accept the replacement?I have looked on several websites concerning this but the details given on this subject seem a bit vague.
