LG tv fault

I bought an LG tv at the end of Sept 09. A fault developed after 3 months and was repaired under warranty. The fault has re occured, which is still within the 12 month warranty period, but i am pretty hacked off. does anyone know if I can demand a refund

Hi Morty,

I am afraid you probably can't, but if it were to happen again you probably could. You need to give them a reasonable chance to rectify the situation without significant inconvenience.
