could you consult me a little bit, please? I compare the Russian and West-European laws from the consumer's point of view. I am really interested in the procedure of return of goods. There are a lot of people in Russia who believe that West-Europeans can return EVERYTHING in the shop with no explanations or with the "I do not like that" reason. (In Russia kinds of these goods are strictly limited by Law).
Could you comment that? Is it true? Do you have some restrictions for moneyback? The links to your consumer Laws will be enough for me, but some comments on this problem will be really welcome!
