Sure Tony; I'm doing this research as part of my post-graduate degree in marketing... which I'm studying in London.

I'm really trying to look at how easy - and if its too easy - to shop on amazon.co.uk. I think it's important that companies don't encourage too much unplanned shopping in these times - i've certainly bought a book too many once or twice... so that's why i'm involved

The research is all anonymous and for a good course!
