Duplicate payment taken and no refund offered!

After placing an order and entering my card details for payment, the website told me that the status of the order was cancelled. So I reentered my card details and then the order status was "in process". Two days later I received an email to confirm that order and the products were posted to me. However, my bank statement tells me that payment was taken twice for this order. I have emailed the company 6 times and have received no answer at all. In fact, because I was annoyed at the double payment, I first tried to cancel the successful order. This request was also ignored. At this stage I may be satisfied if I just get one of the two payments refunded. I will never use this company again and would not recommend anyone else to do so. Perhaps because of the nature of their product, they believe that people will be unwilling to complain! I hope I can stop other consumers being cheated in the same way thay I have been.
