Hi my name is Tracey im a newbbie,

Hi need help with we got a 26" lcd Dual make tv from asda in may 2007, everything was fine upto 4mths out of warranty then it just went off as if standby we contacted asda straight away but was told about there 12mth warranty so no help there, then i was reading some peoples messages on here and found the Eu Directive on sale of goods, i was wondering if we contacted asda again would they see it as if this was the first time in telling them or would they take into account when we 1st contacted them about it.
