Hello all,

I've recently purchased a Belkin N Modem Router from Argos, to play online games on my Playstation 3. After looking around I found one that I thought suited my needs as it stated on the catalogue page that it was compatible with the PS3 for online gaming. To my disappointment after setting it up on the Playstation an error message appeared on the TV screen saying "The router in use may not support ip fragments, and the communication features of some games may be restricted. For details, contact the router manufacture." This basically makes the router unusable for online gaming on the ps3. Under the 'fit for purpose' section in the Sales of Good Act, I would like to know where I stand in getting a refund from Argos, because it doesn’t do what it was stated it would do.

Thanks in advance, to anyone that can help!:)
