Hi,

My issue is simple. I pay my ISP for onling storage (1GB) to store emails, files etc. A service offered as "peace of mind" knowing my important data can be archived and looked after by my Internet Service Providor.

My ISP last week deleted 10 years of my stored data. Emails, photos, bank records etc.

They are in breach of contract and I am trying to ascertain what precedent there is for placing a value on 1000's of personal items held electronically.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

AGK.
