Faulty LG LCD TV Rights
Hi and welcome to the forum,
You need to go back to the retailer and tell them that the TV is not of satisfactory quality and you would like it repaired or replaced as it is reasonable to expect a TV to last longer than this and this is one of your statutory rights as defined in the Sale of Goods Act. They are within their rights to ask you for an engineer's report proving that it has an inherent fault and was not broken due to misuse.
