Hi,
I have recently returned from a 2 week break in mexico, the next day the beach was closed off, as they were extending the beach. I received a note from the hotel stating this would last for 2-3 days, which i accepted. In fact it was closed for the entire 2 weeks i was there. I filled a complaint whilst i was there and have since complained to thomas cook upon my return, sending 10 photos of jcb diggers at the end of my sun lounger, plus numerous other letters from the hotel. I feel that i should be compensated for the work on the beach, I spent over £4000.00 with thomas cook and they are now just fobbing me off stating they cannot be held responsible for 3rd party works. Can i take them to a small claims for some sort of compensation??
