I am looking advice regarding an outstanding order with Very.
I ordered 4 matress protectors on 24th December( reduced in sale) . The items are to be supplied / dispatched directly from the Supplier.
I received my statement a few days later and the above items did not have to be paid yet ( hadn't been dipatched)
The items have since had a further reduction in price on the Very website.
My question is now that the items have ben further reduced and haven't yet been dispatched from supplier or indeed due payment yet, am I entitled to have them for the current selling price on the very Website as the price has been reduced before my order as been completed. I bought 4 of them and each one is reduced by £2-3.
I know it's only a little but can't reorder at lower price and return firstorder ( remember not yet dispactched) as these type of items are usually non returnable.
Also no idea how i know if i've had a reply so may need a message alert or somthing until i find my feet. Thank-you for looking.
