I have a question, can a double glazing company take back the windows? I’ve had a really poor installation with Anglian it’s taken over two years to this point with multiple visits and I’m still left with a substandard installation. Even to the point that they now can’t replace the front door as they no longer fit that type... I have threaten to now get third party involvement to rectify the problems. To which I’ve been offered a reduction of £500 so not even what the door was that they priced when they first came or a complete refund but I have to return the windows within 8 weeks where do I stand? Can they leave me without windows? How are they removed returned who’s responsible for that etc..
