I’ve recently had my complaint to head office replied to by their legal team.
I’ve had a catalog of appalling experiences since they started my extension (6 months late) due to COVID (understood) but they have now left me with a leaking extension that they have not been able to fix.
I’m aghast at their treatment of me and my complaint (I’ve literally had contractors shouting at me in my own home) and now I am being referred to their legal department as my complaint is still ongoing even though the work was completed on 28th September.
Aside from the serious leak issue every time it rains and saturates in to the internal plaster - there have been multiple quality and skill issues that I’ve had to repeatedly ask to be rectified. The state it was left in by multiple outside contractors is unbelievable. I though going with Anglian meant I would get a good service and how naive do I feel reading other posts!
I’m so shocked and disgusted and I just want to know if I will now have to go through a legal process to not only rectify the faults but to get compensation too!
