driver calling himself 'Paul' with the phone number 07884988800
Also said he had a wife and 4 kids
Passenger was fatter with a tank top on
selling 'the latest Samsung and LG led 3d smart TVs' when in fact they are old broken units with the correct wrapping and labels
Around Harlow, Epping, Loughton maybe elsewhere
Last Seen at Harlow McDonald's off the London road by m11 heading in Laughton direction
Beware these con artists report to the police immediately and let's get them off our streets

A relative in the North West got scammed by this. A cracked screen wrapped in cling film and he didn't find out until he unwrapped it. They were in Aldi car park in Sale, Manchester. Remember, if it is too good to be true........
