Asking for deposit back

I ordered a cycle helmet from cycle studio in Stratford upon Avon, I paid a deposit on 04/08/2016
I was told it should come into shop next week, I have since asked when it might be delivered, I feel like I'm being fobed off somewhat with answers
like we've had no deliveries,
should come in next few days,
we will call you when it arrives.
Can I get my money back ?

We asked the same question from a builder he is JONATHAN WALKER of LUND in the East Riding, he did a dangerous job as his orininal company REEF HOMES he changed hi name and disapeared as a ltd company - he is JONATHAN WALKER COWBOY BUILDER
