If you are having a dispute between a private seller and yourselfs regarding a second hand car that was sold in a life threatening condition, plus finding out quite a bit of fraud on the car's service history (to make a sale).
if you have legal cover on your policy could your insurance help in anyway?? such as, court? Contact to the seller? money back + damages + expenses etc?
Even though this matter has been passed onto the police ? scotland yard...Intelligence ??
