Hi. I purchased a used car in November 2013 which was sold with a full MOT. I have tried taxing the vehicle today and the MOT certificate is for another vehicle, and when I checked online the MOT ran out in December. I have tried contacting the seller and they are rejecting my calls and e-mails. This was from a trader. Do I have any rights? Thanks in advance.

I would go to the dealer in person with the MOT and ask them politely to sort it out and see how they respond.
If they do not sort it,contact trading standards and get legal advice asap.
