We have a Daewoo microwave oven which we bought from Asda approx 2years ago, the inside of the oven is beginning to melt or the material coating is breaking down, we no longer have the receipt so it would be difficult to prove we bought it from Asda, Asda have told us that they need the receipt or they cannot do anything about the oven, been in contact with the manufacturer but they do not want to know but have told us we can still use the oven but if it starts flashing inside then not to use it as it would not be safe.
What rights, if any, do we have now.
