hi
when i joined dl i specfically asked about their relocation policy. i was told 1 months notice. 1st time i joined no probs. 2nd time nightmare, they are now saying that i've relocated once and their not happy a 2nd time. it's doesn't state in the contract that there is a maximum number of times you can relocate. i have provided all the relevant information they needed to prove my relocation, i'm this close to saying i'll see you court. do i have a leg to stand on. or do they? also whilst they take their time in contacting me should i contact the debt collection agency to stall them and if so what should i say? has anyone else experienced this problem with them.
thanks
emma

Hi Emma,

Apologies, I have only just spotted this post. They are being unfair and it sounds like they don't have a leg to stand on aqs it sounds like they are trying to change the terms of the contract. You need to write a letter to the Head Office, it might just be a local manager being difficult.

This might help - Gym Memberships and Unfair Terms | Consumer Information

Good luck and let us know how you get on

Best regards,

Tony
