Surprisingly, I really did find myself getting a lot of anxiety when my phone was running low. Even if I'm in a familiar city, but my phone is dead, I can panic and worry a lot. To prevent it, I decided to take CBD oil which is great for managing stress. I understand that this is not a quick process, but I'm already seeing positive progress.
