I'll keep this short. I paid a deposit for a wedding venue hire in Newcastle. Without getting into details I now want to cancel this and get a refund of the deposit. The contract is very vague and says nothing about cancellations. Nor does it state anywhere that the deposit is non-refundable.
How likely is it that I can get a refund?
