Faulty replacement

Hi
I purchased a polytunnel for garden in march last yr 2015 but after 5 or 6 months holes started appearing in cover and straps that held door open started to disintergrate so I contacted seller and they replaced without any hassle I received new cover in october 2015 but decided not to re cover polytunnel until spring 2016 as I wouldnt need through winter months. all was ok with replacement until 5 or 6 months later when this one started disintergrating just like last one. the retailer says its out of warranty and all they can do is to offer to sell me new cover.
Email several times asking how long cover should last and cant get straight answer from them.
Is there anything I can do
