I was hoping someone could provide me with some advice if possible, please?
In November 2017 I purchased 10 spotlights for my recently refurbished kitchen. Since the purchase, 3 spot lights have broken.
I have sent them back to the company that I made the purchase from asking for replacements because they were still under guarantee. The company have provided me with a full refund for the 3 spotlights because the item has now been discontinued by the manufacturer.
My problem now is I have 7 spotlights in my kitchen ceiling and 3 holes where I cannot get replacements due to the item being discontinued! I have searched everywhere online and the lights I require are sold out everywhere!
Do I have any rights to go to the manufacturer directly to request replacements for my lights?
