I ordered my daughter's new school uniform to be delivered to my home address. It should have turned up about 9 days ago, but hasn't yet turned up. Luckily last year's uniform mostly still fits, apart from the PE kit, so she's been able to go to school, but she's had to do PE in her pants for not having kit. Is there anyway I can chase it up, or get a refund?
