Hi, I am hoping someone can help me.
I won a hamper from an online site and was really pleased with it. 2 weeks later a second one arrived, exactly the same. Straight away I contacted the company I had won it from to tell them what had happened. They thanked me for letting them know and said they would deal with it. I have since contacted them 3 times online and once by phone to ask what is happening and they just tell me it is in hand.
I told them this morning that it is getting ridiculous and that if it isnt sorted by Monday I will donate it to a hospice to raffle off.
Am i legally able to do this or do I have to wait a certain amount of time?
