Bought made to measure chair last August which doesn't fit. Company will not refund. They have sent out 3/4 so called technicians but only remove or rearrange stuffing in cushions, they will not accept that their measurements must be wrong. I have written 3 letters last one threatening small claims court.
, to which got a reply stating that no way would I get a refund, but they would buy the chair, which cost be £1914. back for £500. I am 76 years of age and have numerous health problems which is why I bought chair but it only causes me stress. Can any one help me please
