Hi, I have been having issues with getting my phone repair. The shop has had my phone for over a month now. At first they order the the wrong part, they then order the right screen apparently. As I have not seen it. As it has been over the 30 day and reasonable time as is stated our statutory right. I have asked for a full refund. The shop has said they will not refund me until they have received a refundfor the part,as they don't want to be stuck with the part. When I said that this was not right he said he was not bothered as this is the shop policy and I will have to wait. Is there anything that I can do? To get my money back.
