mobile phones delivered by 02

i had 2 mobile phones delivered contacted 02 fraud police etc,02 said case was closed and they recognized i had been victim of fraud etc

just had 2 letters come through post with my name and address on that i am now in a contract for £35 month for each mobile

im really annoyed they have wasted so much of my time can i charge them for my wasted time ?

Not unless you previously notified them of charges you intend to make for your time and their acceptance / implied acceptance for continuing communications.
