Morning All,

I've seen numerous posts across this and other forums slating insurance companies and their tendancy to "charge an extortionate amount", for things like changes of address and other details, and I don't understand why people complain about it - at the end of the day, they're companies just like you and I work for. Their employees need to be paid to do their jobs.

I work for an IT development company and if any of our clients need any changes made, of course we charge them - it's our time and effort that goes into ensuring their software and equipment works to the best of their ability - doing so makes our company money - it's the reason the company exists.

In my opinion there's nothing wrong with charging for a service that your company was set up to do.
Anyone agree?
