Online Estate Agents - Thoughts?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some advice from anyone that's used an online estate agent in the past. We're looking at selling up after the new year but don't fancy paying out £3,000 - £4,000 in estate agent fees so we're leaning towards the online route.

I'm using this comparison table to shortlist companies, but I was wondering if a) anyone here had any good recommendations, and b) generally what people think about online estate agents?

I've been asking around friends and family but most people haven't used them before so I'm a bit in the dark!

Edit: Looks like the comparison table from my previous table didn't come out properly. I'm using this to shortlist the online , and am learning towards the bigger players at the moment (Purplebricks, Tepilo, etc).

I would advise you to be really careful and never pay anything in advance. You should be convinced that the agent fees are reasonable and they are dependable, as well
