I went to a progressive property seminar that he was leading in London. It’s really interesting to see how they work the crowd. They got the ones with lots to invest to self identify so they could get the hard sell - it was some kind of retreat. Lots of pics of private jets and the high-life

I think without paying the fee you can't sign up.
once you paid then no return rights it's my opinion but I am not sure but mostly paid first and no chances to return.
so take a solid decision and not change the mind.
