Wondered if someone could advise
I recently found a projector which was a great price (below rrp) on pcworld business website.
I placed an order and received confirmation the email said this was not acceptance of the order and I must wait for despatch.
Today I received the despatch confirmation with the projector details on it. When I received the delivery I got a scanner and the delivery note was my order but no sign of the projector or the projector part number.
I assume that the projector was incorrectly priced on their site at under £100 rrp is £399 but surely if they have debited my account and send despatch confirmation we now have a contract?
The projector is no longer available on their site. What can I do? I have put my case forward to them.
