Well, I know that it's possible to find reliable psychics, but they definitely don't send you junkmail and anything like that.

That's true, usually it's quite hard to find trustworthy clairsentients,a nd they definitely don't sent span emails, so you have to look for them. When I was looking for a decent page weith meanings of all tarot cards like two of swords love and so on, it took me a while as well, but it was all worth it.
