My son has an apple mac book and he has had a recurring problem with the graphics card. It has broken three times now. The first two times he had it repaired free of charge as he pointed out that it was a known issue. However, is there any act that's states after a certain number of times he is entitled to a new mac book or does he have to keep having it repaired at the discretion of apple?
