Hi guys
I bought a Kindle on Ebay - not with Amazon but with the Trade shop UK and was told when I bought it that it had a 12 months guarantee and if it should malfunction I could return it to either them or to Amazon.
11 months on and the battery no longer charges so it is frozen and dead. The Trade Shop now say I have to return it to Amazon and not to them. Amazon say my contract is not with them but with The Trade Shop.
I believe that The trade Shop must be liable as I bought it from them. Apart from the first one line respond they are now refusing to answer my emails.
Help! What can I do?

I would certainly say directly who you bought it off is the end line responsibility. I would keep chasing it up, as you still have 1 month left.
