I live in a one bed flat and usually pay about £12.00 for my electric. I have checked my bank statement recently and see they have taken £28.00 out!
Should I challenge them on this, or should I switch? I am a priority customer because I am disabled with mild learning difficulties. I haven't got anyone to help me with their letters, because everyone I ask can't help or their too damned busy to take the time to sit down with me.
Can you please advise me on this ? I am in credit to both gas and electric.
