I would be grateful if you advise me on following matter.
I bought Sleepeezee divan bed (£700) from Paul Simon in May 2011 on 2 years finance with major high street bank. Finance settled and product were good. But now king size mattress has developed faulty pocket springs (dip) in the middle and according to my knowledge Paul Simon business was busted. Mattress is under 5 years warranty but was not registered directly with Manufacturer but we have invoices. What are the best options for inspection/ repair or replacement from manufacturer.
