I have an issue with EE who mis-sold me a broadband contract and wrongly sent me two routers. Can I legally charge storage for two routers wrongly delivered and uncollected despite requests?

Hi,
Of course, however to do so you would need to form a legally binding contract with EE for these charges.
The fundamentals of a contract are the offer: you offer the storage at a cost, the acceptance: EE agreeing to this (note, failure to reply to a letter offering the contract does not constitute acceptance), the consideration: You providing storage and EE paying. Finally the legal intent: both parties acknowledging theit intent to enter a legally binding contract for what is offered.
Thanks
