I hope you don't mind me posting on the forum like this. My name is Eddie Stafford and I work as a producer for a documentary making company called October Films. We produce high profile factual TV for networks like the BBC, Channel 4 and Channel 5.

Currently we're developing a prime time series about consumers who aren't afraid to take action when something isn't right. I'm looking for consumer crusaders who stand up for the rights of dissatisfied customers across Britain.
