I bought a touchpad in december last year. Only just got around to unpacking it and found the usb charger missing. Do I have the right to get the product or charger replaced immediately by the shop? Id rather not have to wait for the manufacturer to send me one in the post...

Well its been few months and your return policy would be over by now as it is for like a month. but you could still try phoning up and saying that it is missing and you haven't received it..
