Hello,
Bought a 2007 diesel car from a dealer in Nov 2012 which came with a 3 month warranty from 'world of warranty'
After the 1st week I mentioned to the car that the car struggles to start especially in the cold weather. Mentioned a few more times but offer to fix properly.
In Jan 2013 the starting was getting even worse and after asking dealer they said I should now try to get it fixed at a local garage and use 'world of warranty' for the claim. After 3 days at the garage they said it was better but it was still not much of an improvement.
Now the 3 month warranty has expired and the starting problem has returned.
Do I have any right to go back to the dealer to make them fix this problem?
